Ingredients: gluten-free oatmeal, almond-hazelnut paste (roasted hazelnuts , 50%, roasted
almonds 50%, sea salt), 80% dark chocolate ( cocoa mass 80%, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla pods), raisins, date paste (dates, sunflower oil), roasted pumpkin seeds, cocoa nibs, cordyceps extract, Celtic sea salt, guarana powder , extra virgin RAW coconut oil, Ceylon cinnamon powder.

May contain hard natural particles and traces of: soy , milk , lactose , peanuts and sesame . Guarana powder contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cordyceps has been used safely for thousands of years. In the West, the maximum dose for Cordyceps has never been established, but it has been used safely by healthy* adults in daily doses of 3–6 grams for 1 year.

Our guaraná contains an average of 3.9% caffeine, varying from harvest to harvest. That means that the Endurance rawnola contains an average of 39 mg of caffeine per serving – comparable to 1 cup of black tea. Although doses of up to 400 mg per day have been tested safe for healthy adults, caffeine sensitivity is highly individual. Eat the Endurance rawnola no later than 6 hours before you go to sleep to prevent your sleep from being disturbed.

* Cordyceps stimulates your blood flow and strengthens your immune system. This is desirable for most people, but before surgery and in autoimmune conditions, Cordyceps may exacerbate symptoms. Do not use in combination with immunosuppressants and anticoagulants.

Unwind Rawnola

Ingredients: dates, oatmeal , roasted coconut chips, raisins, roasted hazelnuts , roasted sunflower seeds, cocoa powder, ground coconut, freeze-dried raspberries, extra virgin RAW coconut oil, 500 mg reishi extract, 500 mg hericium extract, freeze-dried blueberry, vanilla powder, Celtic sea salt, 30mg CBD isolate (0.0% THC).

May contain traces of: soy , milk , lactose , peanuts and sesame . Product contains CBD, not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Recommended daily CBD doses start between 20mg - 70mg and are usually increased by 5mg per week until the desired effect is achieved. Yet, during research on CBD, even doses of up to 1,500 mg per day have been tested safe. Not enough is known about pregnant and breastfeeding women, so we do not recommend eating the Unwind in these cases.

Reishi and Lion's mane have been safely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. In the West, the maximum daily dose has never been officially established, but the recommended daily dose is between 1–5 grams for healthy adults.

*Reishi strengthens your immune system. This is fine for most people, but if you have an autoimmune disease, reishi can make symptoms worse.
