Functional Bites was founded by three childhood friends: Merlijn, Jelmer and Yesser. What connects us is a passion for experimenting in the kitchen and pursuing peak performance – physically, mentally and creatively.
In 2021, we decided to unite our passions and develop products that support performance in a sustainable way. The idea was simple: if products fit into a routine, you can support performance and health both in the short term ánd in the long term.
A routine that you look forward to
To make products part of a routine you have to want to take them. That's why we only use the highest quality organic ingredients, develop unique flavors and pay attention to our product designs.
The result are “Functional Bites” – everyday convenience products made from ingredients and supplements from nature: full of flavor, good for performance, healthy, nutritious, but still easy to digest!
Problems in the current market
