1 Energy Raw Bar
Cordyceps has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 1300 years for energy, vitality and endurance . In our country, this mushroom only came to attention in 1993. That year, China's Olympic women's athletics team broke 3 world records in 1 week . The secret behind this success turned out not to be doping, but an "elixir"
in which Cordyceps played the leading role.
Since then, our science has also discovered what they have known in the Far East for a long time. Curious about the results? Then scroll down.
Guarana is one of nature's strongest stimulants! With an average of 4.7% caffeine, guarana seeds are 2-3 times as potent as coffee beans !
We all know the effects of caffeine: it keeps you awake and alert , and gives you energy and a cheerful feeling . Due to the high fiber content and the tannins to which the caffeine in guarana attaches itself, this effect is constant and long-lasting . So you don't get an energy peak or crash like you often do with coffee or energy drinks.
Finally, guarana is full of antioxidants . In other words, a protector of the body's cells . Just like cocoa and green tea, guarana also contains theophylline (beneficial for lung and heart function) and theobromine – a kind of caffeine light .
Magnesium is involved in more than 300 processes in our body. For example, this mineral is needed in our energy metabolism (converting nutrients into energy) and contributes
contributes to a healthy electrolyte balance, muscle function and protein synthesis. Magnesium also helps deal with stress and tension and reduces fatigue and
exhaustion.
It is therefore not surprising that our body uses a lot of magnesium. Especially with an active lifestyle, busy days at work and during sports, your magnesium requirement is exceeded
up. That’s exactly what this Energy Raw Bar was developed for – and why we added extra magnesium: 75mg of elemental magnesium from 500mg of seawater extract.
With their caramelly flavour and soft, meaty texture, our Dalia Sukkaray dates are perfect for making raw bars .
In addition, dates are full of fiber and rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. They even contain some protein and healthy fats. Dates are therefore a much more complete and healthy sweetener than natural alternatives such as honey and maple syrup.
You can read more about our dates in this blog article .
Oats are an essential ingredient for concentrated feed. They are full of complex ("slow") carbohydrates and contain 14% proteins and 11% fibers. This ensures that they are well-satiated, digested gradually and release energy over a long period of time.

Together, almonds and hazelnuts provide 19% protein, healthy fats and almost all B vitamins (important for energy production and oxygen transport)!
This nut butter roasted in its own fat gives the bar a deliciously creamy texture.

In terms of taste, adding chocolate to almond hazelnut spread is of course a no-brainer .
In addition, with 80% dark chocolate you have a high cocoa content. Cocoa is full of antioxidants, is rich in proteins and contains a lot of healthy fats that give chocolate that delicious creamy taste.

Ceylon Cinnamon is the only real cinnamon. It is full of antioxidants and also has a stabilizing effect on your blood sugar level. This type of cinnamon can reduce blood sugar peaks and increase insulin sensitivity. This way, the carbohydrates you eat are converted into more even and long-lasting energy.
You can read more about Ceylon Cinnamon in this blog article .
Celtic sea salt is the "primal" mineral supplement. In addition to sodium (the mineral with the "salty taste"), it contains about 70 other minerals, including all electrolytes.
As a result, Celtic sea salt helps hydrate your cells and has a more complex flavor than regular sea salt, so you need less of it to flavor your food.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cordyceps has been used safely for thousands of years. In the West, the maximum dose for Cordyceps has never been
established, but it has been used safely by healthy* adults in daily doses of 3–6 grams for 1 year.
Our Guaraná contains an average of 3.9% caffeine, varying from harvest to harvest. This means that there is an average of 39mg of caffeine in one bar – comparable to 1 cup of black tea. For healthy
Adults, doses of up to 400 mg caffeine per day have been tested safe. Please note that caffeine sensitivity is highly individual. Do not eat the Energy Raw Bars too late in the day to avoid disturbing your sleep.
*Cordyceps stimulates blood circulation and can strengthen the immune system. For most people this is desirable, but before operations and in autoimmune diseases Cordyceps can worsen the symptoms. Do not use in combination with
immunosuppressants and anticoagulants.
Store the bars in a cool, dry and dark place (e.g. in a cold cupboard or drawer) so there is little that can go bad.
The product has a best before date, 1 year after production date. This is for our quality control. After this date, use your nose and eyes to determine if the bar is still edible.

The science behind
Cordyceps
This powerful mushroom has been used for centuries for energy, stamina and recovery . In the past decades, science has discovered how it works.
Research shows that Cordyceps can improve oxygen uptake. And more oxygen keeps you sharp and energetic for longer —perfect if you have a deadline to meet, are training for a PR, or are out all night.
Long-term exercise? Recent research also shows that Cordyceps helps maintain iron levels and muscle strength . The result? Faster recovery and less muscle breakdown.
The immune system also gets an upgrade: several studies show that Cordyceps can increase the activity of immune cells and reduce inflammation . This makes you more resistant to stress and disease.
More about Cordyceps
In addition to the above human studies, we see interesting results in the lab.
🔹 Blood Sugar & Metabolism : In diabetic rats, Cordyceps lowered blood sugar levels, improved cholesterol, and protected the kidneys.
🔹 Heart & Lungs : Animal studies suggest positive effects on heart health, breathing and oxygen uptake.
🔹 Anti-inflammatory & Antioxidant: Cordyceps helps prevent cell damage and reduce oxidative stress, which can slow down aging and chronic complaints.
🔹 Anti-tumor Properties: Laboratory studies show that substances in Cordyceps, such as cordycepin , can inhibit the growth of harmful cells.
🔹 Libido & Vitality: Research suggests that Cordyceps may support hormone production and sexual health.
Please note : Although studies show promising results, more research is needed on the effects, optimal dosage and long-term impact of guarana. Effects may vary by dose, form of administration and individual.

The science behind
Guarana
Indigenous Amazonian peoples have been making an invigorating tea from guarana for centuries. Now we can see in our science how this effect comes about.
In research we see that guarana can speed up reaction time without affecting accuracy . In other words, think faster, switch effortlessly and stay focused.
In other research we see improvements in memory and concentration. This way you are not only alert, but you also process information better. Perfect for when you have to perfect that one presentation or think strategically after your back-to-back calls.
And if you have a workout planned after that? In a study with athletes, they felt less fatigue during their efforts . This allowed them to perform better and for longer.
Finally, research even shows a positive effect on mood and mental performance . All in all, an extra boost for body and mind.

In addition to the above human studies, we see interesting results in the lab.
🔹 Natural Energy without a Dip : Unlike pure caffeine, guarana provides a gradual energy boost without sudden crashes, thanks to the combination of caffeine and other stimulants.
🔹 Powerful Antioxidant & Anti-Inflammatory : Guarana contains bioactive compounds that reduce oxidative stress and fight inflammation.
🔹 Heart & Metabolism Support : Studies suggest that guarana may lower cholesterol, support weight management, and have a positive effect on metabolism.
Please note : Although studies show promising results, more research is needed on the effects, optimal dosage and long-term impact of guarana. Effects may vary by dose, form of administration and individual.
